Humidifier
The Jetvap®-Basic is ideally suited as an air humidifier or for adiabatic exhaust air cooling in process air technology. It is characterized by an ideal and constant spray pattern. This makes evaporation very effective.
The humidifier works without chemical additives. For example, no silver ions or other substances are needed in humidification. Only the highest quality materials used here meet our strict quality requirements for the device.
Another plus point is the mechanical components. We have installed a water-lubricated piston pump and a swirl nozzle with shut-off function in the Jetvap. These heavy-duty components mean it is designed for continuous operation. This protects our customers from unforeseen maintenance and repair work.

Medium pressure humidifiers for industrial and civil applications
Lavair's medium-pressure hum idifiers operate at a medium pressure of up to 16 bar and atomize the water into fine droplets. Compared to our high-pressure humidifiers, the medium-pressure humidifiers require less energy as they operate at a significantly lower pressure. Nevertheless, they achieve highly efficient humidification. This makes them particularly environmentally friendly and cost-effective.
Medium-pressure humidifiers are used successfully in process air technology, e.g. in greenhouses or in food production. They are available for installation in an empty housing or as a complete unit in a Lavair stainless steel housing.

The Netvap low-pressure humidifier is ideal for use with low humidification capacities. Air washer
The Scrubvap recirculating spray humidifier is excellent when it comes to cleaning your process air. Compared to our high-pressure, medium-pressure and low-pressure humidifiers, our Scrubvap air washer is particularly energy-efficient, especially for large air volume flows.
The cleaning effect of the air is very high with the Scrubvap. Gaseous or even solid compounds, fine dusts and spores (e.g. allergens) as well as nitrogen oxides, sulfur oxides or even ozone are absorbed to a high degree and washed out of the air. This makes the Scrubvap a perfect solution for process air applications.
Our Scrubvap is also ideal for washing out ammonia (NH3) or as an AMC filter stage in clean rooms (e.g. semiconductor manufacturing). In the area of process air for cleanrooms, it thus increases the efficiency or service life of expensive filter units such as activated carbon filters and helps to reduce operating costs.
