The system is designed for specific performance parameters so that it can be precisely adapted to the respective process step and enables reliable pollutant separation.
The robust mechanical design ensures long-term stable operation. Our research and development department ensures that the air washer can be seamlessly integrated into existing production processes and that the required air quality values are reliably achieved.
The recirculating water spray humidifier can be used for a wide range of air purification applications. It can effectively wash pollutants such as spores, allergens, emulsions and solvents out of the air. By using suitable additives, the selective scrubbing performance can be further increased, making the Scrubvap an efficient component within complex exhaust air technology .

Exhaust air purification
Production processes in tanneries generate pollutants such as tannic acids, which must be removed from the air. Our Scrubvap takes over this task in air purification technology and ensures that the exhaust air is free of pollutants.
Functionality of the air purification technology
The Scrubvap from Lavair works as a recirculating water spray humidifier in which water is pumped by a centrifugal pump and fed into the air flow as a fine spray mist via nozzles. Unabsorbed water flows back into the tank and is reused in the circuit; only evaporation losses have to be made up. This principle enables economical and efficient operation.
The air washer system allows precise adjustment of the humidity parameters and takes into account process-specific requirements such as installation space, volume flow and control characteristics. This allows the Scrubvap to be optimally adapted to different operating conditions.
