The Scrubvap from Lavair works as a recirculating water spray humidifier in which water is pumped by a centrifugal pump and fed into the air flow as a fine spray mist via nozzles. Unabsorbed water flows back into the tank and is reused in the circuit; only evaporation losses have to be made up. This principle enables economical and efficient operation.
The air washer system allows
precise adjustment of the humidity parameters and takes into account process-specific requirements such as
installation space,
volume flow and
control characteristics. This allows the Scrubvap to be optimally adapted to different operating conditions.
