Functionality of the air purification technology
The Scrubvap from Lavair is a recirculating water spray humidifier that works on a simple basic principle. A centrifugal pump draws water from a container, which is then sprayed through nozzles into a duct and absorbed by the air.
Scrubvap works highly efficiently: the water that is not absorbed by the air falls back into the container and is sent for automatic reuse. Only evaporation losses need to be compensated. This mode of operation makes our air purification technology particularly economical and therefore cost-effective.
With Scrubvap, we ensure that the humidity parameters can be set precisely. For example, we take into account the performance characteristics of our customers' equipment and processes and optimize them for even more effective air purification. We also reconcile factors such as the installation space on site or the control accuracy of the customer's plant.
