Individual dispersion tubes - also known as distribution tubes - are used for the targeted introduction of steam into the air flow of air humidification systems. They are designed in particular for applications with low to medium steam output and enable controlled, reproducible humidity distribution.
Compared to multi-tube systems, individual dispersion tubes are characterized by simple integration, low system complexity and economical operation. They are preferably used when sufficiently dimensioned absorption sections are available in the air duct, so that complete absorption of the steam without condensate formation is guaranteed.
Modular expansion with additional dispersion tubes allows the steam output to be increased gradually without having to make any adjustments to the existing system structure. This enables a high degree of flexibility in the event of changing operating conditions.
